The Capitol Hill branch of the Seattle Public Library, 425 Harvard Ave. E., reopened in 2003 on the same site as the old one. It features a collection capacity of more than 40,000 books and materials, a two-story reading room, program areas for children and teens and 21 computers in a small space.
